Delivering High-Impact Cyber Security Initiatives

Join a leading organisation's Project Delivery team in Melbourne to take ownership of delivering high-impact cyber security initiatives.

As an experienced Senior Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and play a critical role in driving delivery across complex technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project delivery across cyber initiatives, ensuring scope, milestones, and benefits are achieved.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive change management and communication to ensure successful adoption across multiple geographies.
  • Manage relationships with executive stakeholders, business owners, and third-party vendors.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, reporting rhythms, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Promote continuous improvement within project delivery through retrospectives and shared learnings.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale technology or cyber security projects.
  • Skilled at leading dispersed teams across Asia Pacific, with the ability to guide BAU resources through delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing vendor and third-party relationships.
  • Adaptable, hands-on, and able to drive outcomes in complex environments.
  • Formal project management qualifications and/or tertiary education advantageous.
