  We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our unit, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical pharmacy services across various teams within the state.

  Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care in clinical settings
  • Acting as a resource pharmacist for specific areas of specialty
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services

  Selection Criteria

  To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the essential criteria outlined below:

  • Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
  • Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia or completion of an overseas qualification eligible for skills assessment through the Australian Pharmacy Council

  Successful candidates will also undergo pre-employment checks.
