Pharmacy Operations Manager

A highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist is required to lead the pharmacy operations in oncology and clinical trials. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the delivery of life-saving treatments and cutting-edge clinical trials.
About the Role- Oversee the day-to-day management of the pharmacy and its team members
- Provide strategic clinical oversight and ensure safe, effective medication management
- Support and mentor a team of pharmacists and technicians
- Collaborate with on-site oncologists, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Lead and manage pharmacy operations and team performance
- Develop and implement strategies for improving pharmacy services and patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality guidelines
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services
- Support the delivery of clinical trials and compounding services
- Current AHPRA general registration as a pharmacist
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a pharmacist in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with clinicians and hospital executives
- Postgraduate qualifications in pharmacy or a related field
- Experience in oncology and clinical trials
