Pharmacy Manager Role

This is a leadership opportunity for a skilled Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and team performance. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring safe and effective medication management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage pharmacy operations, including team performance and productivity.
  • Provide clinical oversight and ensure safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory and quality standards.
  • Support and mentor a team of Pharmacists and Technicians, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with on-site healthcare professionals, including Oncologists, Nurses, and Allied Health specialists.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory and quality standards, driving innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services.
  • Support the delivery of clinical trials and compounding services, leveraging expertise and resources.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced Pharmacist, with proven leadership capabilities and a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A background in Oncology, Clinical Trials, and Compounding is highly valued, but not mandatory. We offer relocation assistance and temporary accommodation allowances to support your move.

Essential Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with Clinicians and Hospital Executives.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.
