Job Opportunity: CTO Position

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the development and delivery of ICT and eLearning strategies to enable the organisation to achieve future strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop technology aspects of the organisation's strategy to align with business goals and ensure resources meet short-term and long-term needs.
  • Develop and execute a technology strategic roadmap and digital improvements in conjunction with senior management.
  • Build and lead the IT team to address business requirements and service levels in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strict compliance with security policies, relevant legislation, and standards.

Requirements:

  • A background in programming and experience with CRM's, Learning Management Systems, and cloud technologies is preferred.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field is required.
