Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

 

We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader to join our team. As a Technical Leadership Role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software developers, setting standards for quality and delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers
  • Set standards for quality and delivery
  • Balance hands-on coding with higher-level management
  • Manage project priorities across both new development and support streams
  • Design and oversee large, complex software projects
  • Collaborate with testing and release teams to ensure smooth product rollouts
  • Report on project progress to senior internal and external stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' software development experience
  • 4+ years in a leadership or management capacity (or clear potential to step up into it)
  • Strong coding ability - C# and SQL Server essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Desirable: ASP.NET, XML, and software design experience
