We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Komatsu Australia. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and efficient inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain precise and efficient inventory processes
- Investigate stock variances and discrepancies
- Generate comprehensive reports and analysis
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures
- Coordinate stock take activities and manage quarantined stock
- Optimize bin locations and improve inventory management
- Investigate customer claims and resolve issues
- Attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Experience in inventory control processes, preferably with Komatsu inventory control process
- Current LF and LO licences
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mathematical and statistical proficiency
- Familiarity with methodologies like K-Way, Toyota Way, Lean Supply, or 6 Sigma
