We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to join our team at BevChain, a subsidiary of Linfox. As a leading provider of beverage supply chain solutions, we focus on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our customers.



The Role:



  • Oversee all facets of inventory usage and storage requirements at our Truganina site, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management practices.

  • Coach and develop a small team to ensure their continuous growth and development, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Analyse inventory costs, evaluating pricing strategies and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvement.

  • Assist with maintaining inventory budgets and forecasting inventory needs, ensuring accurate stock levels and data integrity.

  • Monitor and validate inventory movements, leading customer stock take activities and adhering to customer timeframes and requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and providing exceptional service.



Requirements:



  • Previous experience as an Inventory Manager within supply chain logistics/transport.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a small team.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
