Business Analyst Lead - Supply Chain Expert

At Kmart, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our supply chain operations. As a Business Analyst Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping our BA practice and leading a team of Business Analysts to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and standardize the BA practice across projects, establishing consistent business analysis artifacts.
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, focusing on competency development and performance management.
  • Analyze, communicate, and validate changes to business processes, policies, information, and systems.
  • Utilize knowledge of Agile delivery best practices, including Behavior Driven Development and discovery-to-delivery facilitation.
  • Apply analysis skills in AS-IS, TO-BE, GAP analysis, feasibility studies, opportunity assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and trade-off sliders.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in people management role.
  • Experience in warehouse management or supply chain verticals is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
