Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Civil Structures Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in bridge and road design, utilities, digital engineering, drainage and flooding analysis.

In this role, you will work on major civil infrastructure projects with contractor and government clients, developing key relationships with peers, clients, and stakeholders.

You will receive mentorship, technical training, and opportunities to work on-site with construction partners on interstate projects across Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop bridges and roads using advanced digital tools and technologies.
  • Analyze drainage and flooding systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with contractors and government agencies to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of bridge and road design principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
