Restaurant Operations Manager

**Restaurant Manager Position Available**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 11 Recruitment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our restaurant operations, ensuring that our daily services and activities are run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Operations: Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Menu Planning: Work closely with our culinary team to plan and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train our staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
- Financial Management: Manage our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in hospitality or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and manage a team, and a customer service-oriented approach.
Remuneration:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
