Therapeutic Group Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our Adolescent Inpatient Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating engagement in a group program, providing assessment and treatment to adolescents and their families/carers, and working towards safe and effective discharge from the unit.
Key Responsibilities- Designing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating a daily therapeutic group program on the unit;
- Engaging the multidisciplinary team in the support and implementation of the group program;
- Conducting mental state and risk assessments;
- Risk and case formulation;
- Brief therapeutic interventions with individuals to achieve recovery goals;
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement the young person's treatment plan;
