Senior Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced senior backend software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge system.   • Lead and mentor the development of software that powers our system.
  • Develop automated tests to ensure high-quality software releases and accurate functionality.
  • Work closely with the firmware team to ensure seamless service integration.
  • Deliver high-quality code in various hardware and cloud environments.
  • Design, implement, test, and document software.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with common backend languages, recent Python experience preferred.
  • Experience with path planning using algorithms.
  • Experience with strategies for optimizing inventory placement for storage.
  • Experience developing highly available, high-reliability systems.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and HIL testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Sense of ownership and a collaborative approach to developing software within a team.
  • Iterative approach to software development.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing.
