Job Description

As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our wind farms across Western Australia.

Working closely with site teams, you will be responsible for delivering clear and effective planning outcomes. Your primary goal will be to set the order of service activities according to established processes, instructions, business rules, and your best knowledge.

To achieve this, you will need to balance assigned territory orders to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Additionally, you will ensure that service crew composition is up-to-date and adjusted to meet demand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and monitoring tools, parts, and services on time before crew mobilization
  • Managing crew schedules on a day-to-day basis
  • Aligning the service schedule with obligations in service contracts
  • Guaranteeing on-time communication to crews and partners

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. You must also possess technical understanding and planning skills essential for success.

A high degree of flexibility, process-driven work attitude, and excellent communication skills are necessary for this position. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce is required.
