About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Efficiency Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis of parts operational performance, providing recommendations for business improvement, and ensuring alignment to the wider business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have recognised project management qualifications, previous experience working in a data-driven or analyst position, and demonstrated ability in successfully planning & coordinating schedules, budgets and production of quality project documentation.

Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with stakeholders. A strong business acumen with an understanding of business financial management and ability to analyse large quantities of data across multiple systems is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct robust analysis of parts operational performance
  • Provide recommendations for business improvement
  • Ensure alignment to the wider business strategy
  • Deliver projects and improvement initiatives using recognised project methodologies
  • Lead several project/improvement initiatives simultaneously
  • Analyse large quantities of data across multiple systems

Requirements:

  • Recognised Project Management Qualifications (Agile, Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Previous experience working in a data driven or analyst position
  • Demonstrated ability in successfully planning & coordinating schedules, budgets and production of quality project documentation
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of business financial management
  • Able to lead several project/improvement initiatives simultaneously
