About the Role

This is a Campaign Delivery position with a focus on ensuring the timely and smooth delivery of advertising campaigns.

A fast-paced role, you will get great exposure across the media environment, working with a cross-spectrum of teams.

  • Deliver allocated campaigns on behalf of clients in a timely manner.
  • Track and report all campaigns from sales, converting contracts through to post-install reporting.
  • Fulfill contractual display agreements for effective display.

We are seeking a talented individual with prior administrative experience who can work to deadlines, be proactive, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Customer service focus.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Confidence with MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing internally produced campaigns, including work orders and information to production suppliers.
  2. Working closely with sales, media and creative agencies, and clients.
