Job Overview

We are seeking an entry-level professional to join our team as a Trading Assistant. This role will involve working closely with our media trading experts to support the delivery of innovative solutions for clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting traders in market research and analysis
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of basic media concepts and terminology
  • Managing daily account management and implementation of campaigns
  • Monitoring and managing campaigns for each client, resolving any issues that may arise

Additionally, you will provide administrative support, including arranging meetings and preparing reports. You will also assist with invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration, and generate creative ideas to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Research and Analysis: Assist traders in conducting market research and analysis to inform campaign strategy and execution.
  2. Media Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of basic media concepts and terminology to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Campaign Management: Manage day-to-day account management and implementation of campaigns to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  4. Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and manage campaigns for each client, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring optimal results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills, numerical skills, and attention to detail. You will also be an enthusiastic learner, taking initiative and working effectively as part of a team.
