Job Description

As a Senior Planning Executive, you will be responsible for autonomously planning and implementing client campaigns. Your goal is to deliver integrated and creative plans that consider all vehicles (display, SEM, SEO, Social) and mainstream media at every possible opportunity.

  • Maintain internal relationships with clients and partner agencies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop professional relationships with media partners, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver communication plans and manage digital campaigns from buying and implementation through to reporting.
  • Actively contribute to weekly meetings to raise potential issues within your client portfolio well in advance of the 'boiling point' for an issue.
Media Planning and Implementation

Create clear and coherent plans that support clients' business objectives. Be experts of the properties and capabilities of each medium's primary strengths and weaknesses.

  • Monitor and optimise campaigns regularly to ensure maximum budget is spent and campaigns are performing as effectively and efficiently as possible.
  • Clearly demonstrate and report how campaign results relate to the strategic intent of the campaign and have achieved agreed objectives.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3-4 years experience
  • Expert understanding and working knowledge of the Australian media landscape
  • Expert across Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Full understanding and experience using tools: eTAM, BMD, Roy Morgan, EMMA, eRAM, Nielsen Digital/Answers, Sizmek, DCMMOVE, AQX Fusion
