
Optimal Campaign Delivery Specialist

This role is a foundation position within the organization, responsible for establishing operational excellence in biddable practices. The Performance Coordinator plays a key part in supporting day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring consistent implementation, optimization, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns
- Establish strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners to drive business growth
- Foster deep trust and understanding with agency client teams to deliver exceptional service
- Contribute to great teamwork within the immediate team to achieve success for clients
Time Allocation:
- People (15%): Contribute to daily or weekly team meetings, develop strong relationships with team members, and build communication skills across all facets of work
- Product (50%): Support biddable delivery, establish foundational expertise in major technologies, and produce timely reports across client portfolios
- Client (10%): Establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives, and initiatives, and work collaboratively across teams to maintain high levels of client service and satisfaction
- Commercial (25%): Deliver accurate reconciliation of campaigns, ensure financial and compliance processes are followed, and develop a high-level understanding of products and offerings across the business
