Lead Transaction Advisor

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing/pro forma financial information.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights which directly impact deal value and structuring.
  • Based on your analysis write up findings and recommendations project manage information flows while managing stakeholders.
  • Work with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.
  • Assist senior team members with business development activities and initiatives contributing to proposals and opportunities.
