Senior Tax Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role within our finance team. You will be responsible for driving tax compliance, providing strategic advice, and influencing commercial decisions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Leverage your technical expertise to lead direct and indirect tax compliance initiatives.
- Develop and deliver strategic tax advice to business leaders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide transaction structuring, contractual tax matters, and invoicing.
- Oversee tax accounting and statutory reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain tax policies and ensure jurisdictional compliance, mitigating risks and optimizing opportunities.
- Engage with external parties to negotiate tax matters, leveraging your expertise to drive value.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified with professional certifications such as CA or CPA.
- Strong technical Australian tax knowledge and leadership experience, ideally 50/50 balance.
- Background in large corporates or multinationals, with commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
