Family Liaison Officer Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Family Liaison Officer (FLO) for our Wagga Office.

About the Position
  • To facilitate opportunities for Defence families to connect and engage with both the Defence and wider community through events, programs and info sessions.
  • To work as part of a dynamic team and engage actively with stakeholders such as Defence Command teams, Ex Service Organisations, local community centres and other services that offer support to Defence Families.

We require a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in activity/event planning and be able to promote Defence Family Engagement opportunities. Strong communication skills are necessary; we need an effective communicator. The candidate must be able to prioritise tasks, work independently and demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality.
