Operations Director Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced operations director to drive strategic initiatives and lead teams in delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of healthcare placement programs, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the launch and execution of new healthcare placement programs, aligning operational elements with strategic goals and partner expectations.
  • Drive workflow efficiency through CRM optimization and targeted training to support consistent system use across teams.
  • Oversee student communications and engagement, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the placement journey.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align workflows, allocate resources, and implement academic partner processes.
  • Champion scalable and sustainable operational practices that respond to evolving business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in business or equivalent level of experience.
  • 2 years line management experience (sales management preferred).
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience in adult learning and adoption principles.
  • Understanding of CRM capabilities and field needs.
  • Familiarity with data capture and reporting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding listening and comprehension skills.
