Job Description

The Director, I&T Service Operations, is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading the delivery and continuous improvement of stable, secure, and resilient IT services.

This position oversees enterprise systems, digital operations, and infrastructure to ensure business continuity with minimal disruption while optimizing operational costs and supporting technological advancement.

The Director, I&T Service Operations and Director, I&T Design and Delivery function as integrated partners throughout the complete technology lifecycle, collaborating on solution handoffs, shared resource planning, and joint risk management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of stable, secure, and resilient IT services across the organization.
  • Oversee enterprise systems, digital operations, and infrastructure to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement technological advancements that support business objectives.
