About The Role

  • As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will support injured individuals in their transition back to the workforce.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized Return to Work (RTW) plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identify barriers and design tailored RTW plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
