Specialist Rehabilitation Physiotherapist

This role involves providing goal-based, person-centred rehabilitation that is guided by evidence-based practice via clinic-based, home-based and virtual service modalities.
- The Physiotherapist will work in a range of settings including the community, as part of the Acute Rehabilitation Team (Inreach) providing mobile rehabilitation on the acute wards of the hospital and in Outreach locations.
- The Physiotherapist will be supported by a colleague to continually develop specialist rehabilitation skills and knowledge.

About The Role- We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to provide patient-centred physiotherapy services across a range of clinical areas.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Knowledge, skills and clinical experience to provide evidence-based physiotherapy services.
- Ability to analyse problems, set priorities and apply solutions using available resources.
