Rehabilitation Consultant - Psychologist / Rehab Counsellor

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Social Worker to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

About the role

In this role, you will use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment and support clients' journeys as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services. You will minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services. You will take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals and engage with key stakeholders to develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

• Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
• Make an impact for individuals with psychological injuries at work or personal challenges
• Apply clinical expertise to support clients' journey back to work and life via Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services
• Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
• Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
• Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

You'll also need to have:

• Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, AASW
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
