Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced underground mining professional to join our team as a Consulting Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to leverage their technical expertise and people management skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-managing the daily operations of our Underground Consulting Team, maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants. They will also design and implement business development strategies to drive growth and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mining engineering
  • 8+ years operational experience in underground mining
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills
  • Well-networked with a demonstrated track record of positive relationships within the industry
  • A great communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills
