- Lead, mentor and project manage a diverse team of underground mining engineers at various levels in their careers ensuring client expectations are balanced with employee skills and experience.
- Work with employees to ensure they are aligned with expected behaviours and values.
- Develop strategies to maximise business growth aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to recruit develop and upskill future generations of engineering talent.
- Ensure accurate timely administration of projects consultant site access mobilisation employee timesheets payroll and client invoicing.
About You
We are seeking an experienced mining professional with a Bachelor's degree in mining engineering and 8+ years operational experience. A strong track record of positive relationships within the mining industry in WA is essential. Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Lead a team of underground mining engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
