Project Overview

As a seasoned Construction Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of technically complex construction projects.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead large-scale refurbishment projects, including after-hours works and minimizing disruption to tenants.

A key aspect of this role is liaising with design teams, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and deliver innovative solutions.

Additional responsibilities include managing government-owned infrastructure facilities, overseeing high-level technical drawings for construction and installation.

To succeed in this position, you will need experience managing technical construction projects with strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
