Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to oversee our projects, strengthen our foundations, and lead with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5+ years in construction project management (residential & commercial)
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong track record of on-time, on-budget delivery
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with project management software (Buildertrend preferred, or similar: Procore, Aconex, MS Project)
  • Confident using tech for scheduling, budgeting, communication, and reporting
  • Drive compliance with WHS standards and Australian construction regulations
  • Prepare and monitor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
  • Conduct site inductions, oversee high-risk work activities, and lead by example to foster a strong safety culture
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Coordinate schedules, ensure timely delivery of materials, and manage expectations to keep projects on track
  • Takes charge while remaining approachable and collaborative
  • Authoritative without ego
  • Strong people-management skills to lead subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Proven ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments
