Job Title

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making to join our team as a Senior People Analytics Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change through analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an effective people analytics strategy in alignment with the organisation's goals.
  • Gather, organise and analyse data from various sources to support people analytics initiatives.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to people and labour trends within property and corporate business units.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science/Analytics, Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis & reporting preferably in HR or people-related field.
  • Experience with programming and systems such as Power BI, SQL, and HR systems.
  • Advanced in Excel, Power BI and knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
