We are seeking an ambitious Data and Reporting Analyst to join our innovative digital team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful digital transformation initiatives through intuitive, interactive, and strategic data solutions.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to unlock the value of our clients' data by designing, building, and optimizing business intelligence reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports that meet business requirements.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights, inform decisions, and support effective business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver relevant insights based on identified business needs.
  • Work independently on unstructured tasks while leveraging strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.
  • Familiarity with modern Microsoft data platforms such as Azure Synapse and Data Lake.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a data-specific role (e.g., business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data engineering).
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science) or industry-recognized certification.
