Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Front Office team as a Casual All-Rounder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to guests, responding promptly and efficiently to their requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
  • Attend to incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, striving to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring accurate and timely posting of charges

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
