Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to lead cost control operations within its Food and Beverage division.
The successful candidate will oversee stocktake processes across hospitality outlets, analyze variances, and implement strategies aligned with financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate consistency and accuracy in stocktake processes
- Identify discrepancies through variance analysis and escalate as needed
- Develop and implement cost control initiatives to support pricing and efficiency objectives
