The objective of this role is to manage cost control operations for the Food and Beverage division, ensuring precise financial reporting, minimizing waste, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of stocktake processes across hospitality outlets, guaranteeing consistency and accurate mapping of transfers, wastage, and sales.
  • Analysis of stocktake variances, identification of discrepancies, and escalation as needed.
  • Implementation of cost control strategies aligned with financial and operational objectives.
  • Advice to senior management on stock and cost control, supporting pricing and efficiency initiatives.
  • Tracking of food and beverage cost trends through weekly reports and collaboration with management to maintain controls.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in F&B cost control, inventory, and financial reporting.
  • A strong understanding of cost control's impact on margins and profitability.
  • Skill in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
