Key Role: Cost Control Professional

The successful candidate will oversee and enhance cost control operations for the Food & Beverage division, ensuring precise financial reporting, reducing waste, and driving profitability.

  • Oversight of stocktake processes across hospitality outlets, ensuring consistency and accurate mapping of transfers, wastage, and sales
  • Analysis of stocktake variances, identification of discrepancies, and escalation as needed
  • Implementation of cost control strategies aligned with financial and operational goals
  • Advice to senior management on stock and cost control, supporting pricing and efficiency initiatives
  • Tracking food and beverage cost trends through weekly reports and collaboration with management to maintain controls

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years' experience in F&B cost control, inventory, and financial reporting. Strong understanding of cost control's impact on margins and profitability is essential.
