We are seeking a dedicated Waste Collection Driver to join our team in Ballarat.

As a Waste Collection Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of our community.

Your primary responsibility will be to operate waste collection trucks, collecting waste from households and businesses, and ensuring that it is disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner.

You will also be required to perform light manual handling tasks, such as lifting bins and operating machinery.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong commitment to safety and customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all collections are completed efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with rostered weekend work for Saturdays or Sundays. You will be required to start early, around 5am, and may be required to work overtime.

The ideal candidate will possess a HR License, be able to pass a medical examination, and be willing to complete compulsory training before operating trucks.
