Permanent, full-time opportunities are available in the waste collection team.The commencement salary is $80,476 per annum inclusive of allowances plus superannuation. Successful applicants will receive up to 5 weeks leave and enjoy a range of employee benefits.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a current model waste compactor to collect general, recycling and organic waste from residential kerbsides.
  • Provide high-quality work within time constraints, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Work as a positive member of a team, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Deliver excellent customer service skills and experience, providing exceptional service to residents.
Selection Criteria
  • Considerable experience with medium to heavy truck operation, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • A Victorian Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence (HR) is essential for this position.
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality work within time constraints, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a positive member of a team, showcasing teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of occupational health and safety principles and practices.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a full employment medical and police check.
