Key Safety Role

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced WHS professional to take ownership of safety, systems, and compliance.

As a key figure in our organization, you will lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of our WHS strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing ISO and OFSC accreditations and audits (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Administering Hammertech and Procore safety systems
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing WHSE policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments
  • Supporting tender submissions with WHSE input and client-facing documentation
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to site managers and project teams
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders on WHSE matters

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within construction or related high-risk industries
  • Minimum 5 years' WHSE experience in high-risk environments
  • Knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and ISO standards
  • Strong communication skills - confident, approachable, and client-facing
  • Proficiency with Hammertech & Procore
  • Cert IV in WHS, ideally WHS Diploma, and First Aid certification
  • Current driver's license, willingness to travel to sites across NSW
