Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Platform Specialist to join our team as a Permanent full-time employee.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, support, customisation and configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. They will be the technical lead for the evaluation and implementation of new Dynamics releases and projects to ensure stability and adherence to best practice in terms of technical implementation and governance.

  • Technical leadership and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in production and non-production environments.
  • Managing the daily operations of the D365 platform, including contributing to the organisation's readiness and implementation into the platform.
  • Manage D365 security roles, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other Microsoft Dynamics setup options as necessary.
  • Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our cloud environments, including in-house systems and external integrations.
  • Manage D365 enhancement projects to support business needs, including collaborating closely with internal teams, external contractors, solution vendors, and consultants.
  • Monitor performance, scalability, and licensing and implement proactive solutions for improvement.
  • Assist with design of high availability, disaster recovery, and backups for the D365 environment.
  • Work with internal team members and external parties to troubleshoot and resolve D365 issues.
  • Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
