About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Trade Sales team at Stratco Australia. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in reviewing commercial buildings for materials within our product range, determining quantities of materials required, and liaising with our team members, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Building Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of commercial buildings to identify materials required from our product range.
  • Material Quantification: Determine the exact quantities of materials needed for each project, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare detailed documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality, adhering to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent Computer Skills: Possess excellent computer and data entry skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of building plans, be able to generate Bills of Materials (BOM), and complete pricing proposals.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
  • Customer Focus: Be willing to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
