Job Title: Drug and Alcohol Peer Worker
\The role of a Drug and Alcohol Peer Worker is to enhance treatment outcomes for clients with drug and alcohol issues. This position requires personal experience of addiction and recovery, enabling the worker to share insights and provide support.
\This position provides a link between clients, clinicians, and services, focusing on improving the patient journey. The peer worker develops strong partnerships with stakeholders, providing resources and support to consumers and carers.
