**Job Title:** Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, handling tasks such as picking, packing, and receiving goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking & Packing: Achieve accurate order fulfillment by selecting products from shelves using an RF Gun and securely packing them for shipment.
  • Receiving Goods: Verify shipment contents against packing lists for accuracy and unpack goods for inspection.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure all products meet quality standards prior to shipment.
  • Warehouse Safety & Organization: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, reporting any hazards or discrepancies to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
  • RF scanning skills are advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Effective communication with supervisors and team members to follow safety protocols and work instructions.
