Warehouse Operations Director

This role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of operational excellence in a warehouse setting through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving safety standards, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience as a team leader or manager in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP or similar WMS systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in FMCG or light manufacturing environments.
