Operate a Modern Mining Fleet

We are seeking experienced operators to join our team and contribute to a long-term FIFO mining project in Central Queensland.

This is your opportunity to work with a new fleet on an even-time roster, with minimal travel time, excellent facilities, and genuine opportunities for growth and career development.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a mining environment as an operator
  • Competency in operating Dozer, Haul Truck + one other ancillary - Water Truck, Loader or Grader
  • Current RII competencies or recent VOCs (within last 5 years)
  • Standard 11 & CBM certification
  • A strong team player with a focus on safety and reliability

Benefits Package

  • Hourly rate: $64.14 / hour + superannuation
  • Roster: 7 / 7 rotating day & night shifts (Tuesday-Monday), 12.5-hour shifts
  • Location: FIFO from Rockhampton, Townsville, or Cairns
  • Camp: Fully catered with gym & recreation areas; airstrip & pit within 10 minutes
  • Retention Incentive: Pro-rata payment of $3k in Year 1, $6k in Year 2, and $9k in Year 3
