Security Officer Position

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Central Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong customer service, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, conducting building patrols, and identifying hazards and faults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Proactively monitoring CCTV and access control systems
  • Conducting regular building patrols to identify and mitigate security and safety risks
  • Reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
  • Supporting tenants and facilities with their needs
  • Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
  • Responding to emergency situations

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Australian citizenship or unlimited work rights
  • Valid QLD security license (including monitoring subclass)
  • Crowd control endorsement desirable
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
