Palliative Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality palliative care services to patients in need.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Nursing with a minimum of five years post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Nurse Practitioner Master's level qualification and NMBA endorsement to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum experience in Palliative Care/Aged Care spanning at least 2 years.
Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) requirements: All employees must be vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases.
