You will be at the forefront of our transformative journey to expand palliative care services across Queensland, providing high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families. With a strong clinical support structure, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your expertise in Palliative care.

Primarily based in Rockhampton, you will engage with various communities across Queensland, further enhancing your professional experience. You will be well supported by the palliative care and wider teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • A current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing, showcasing clinical expertise and a person-centered care approach
  • Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued
  • Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to address care requirements
  • A current driver's license and the confidence to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland
