About the Role

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a skilled Workforce Partner (HR Advisor) to join our Human Resources team in Alice Springs.

As a Workforce Partner, you will work collaboratively with a specified customer group to deliver guidance and support across a wide range of human resources matters, coaching, mentoring and supporting managers with contemporary people management practices.

This is a great opportunity to gain Employee Relations experience and work in a supportive team towards building our workforce.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Deliver guidance and support across a wide range of human resources matters
  • Coach and mentor managers with contemporary people management practices
